1 underripe pear - which I did not finish

1 Tbsp. Wal-Mucil in 8 oz. water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes with light soy milk & margarine
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 can New England clam chowder
2 cups light soy milk
1 Slim A Bear sugar-free, low fat ice cream bar
New Year's Eve
Small shotglass full of sherry
