I weighed myself this morning and granted, I have my period, but I was not a happy camper.  Tuesday's aren't my weigh-in days so I'm going to ignore the atrocious number, but I'm still not happy...

B: Coffee w/cream
S: Atkin's shake (1 carb)
L: Lean Cuisine (8 carbs)
D: Angry Double Whopper w/o bun (2 carbs)
S: Endulge bar (2 carbs)

Carbs: 13

I fought with my ex boyfriend this morning.  He just won't exit my life.  He constantly keeps his foot in the door for no reason, and when I allow him to (by talking to him on occasion) he treats me like ****  For example, he never calls me when he says he's going to, ignores me for days at a time, makes me worry if he's still breathing by ignoring me for so long, and is never considerate to how I feel.  I asked him why he fights with me this morning and he said "I kind of like to because you're sexy when you're mad".  I wanted to slap him.

Needless to say, my tummy's in a knot and all I want to do is go to taco bell and pig out on carbs so I can feel something besides upset.  I'm not going to, I'm positive of that, so no worries; but I am going to feel "sick" the rest of the day from being so upset.

You might better feel "sick" from being upset with that jerk than have your stomach upset from Taco Bell PLUS the guilt and shame that goes with going off program.  Hey...he's your EX....cut him out of your life.  He doesn't sound like a positive supportive influence, Janina...you deserve better!!

Geez, Neen...you seem to have the same taste for boyz that i have been afflicted with most of my life. Your man-taste is in your ass!

Or put another way:  HE has better taste than YOU do!

He is lucky you do bother to talk to him, and obviously he does not deserve that much consideration from you.

PS:  my man-taste got way better over time...yours will too!

It's pretty much exactly the same.  Some people might not even notice a difference.  The main difference is that if you want large quantities (like going out to eat) of legumes, eggs, meat, and some selected fruits, you can use a "set point" value.  Like meat it's a straight five points for lean meats for example.  But you don't have to use it either.  That's pretty much it!!

Trish, I am glad your scale was nicer to you - i was UP 2# from one month ago.  almost let this wreck my whole day, but hey, I am slowly moving past it. I did not expect to lose, just was trying hard to maintain. All excuse aside, I *could* be near TOM - who the EFF knows with this stupid menopause and constant panty-stain state i am in (sorry menfolk if any of you are reading this; i could get rich on panti liner stock from my own use)

Reality Speak:  I did have fun this season, cannot complain about that! Cookie, here, beer there.  I also felt i did a lot right:  gave away assloads of candy, cookies, skipped boozing it up lots of nights that I could have. Like I said I AM F@CKIN OVER IT OKAY?????

okay.

Today:

1 egg + 1/2 c nonfat milk + coffee

snack:  tiny meal bar (150 cals)

L:  1 hi prop drink + hi pr pretzels (~250 cals)

snack:  2 c greens with bragg's vinegar

snack:  1 protein bar (150 cals)

1.5 hour walk after work - huge hills! Got lost, so that is why so long, but i also got off work early and need that walk time!

Supper:  1 lg chicken breast baked + 1 large salad w/bleu cheese + 1 artichoke with a dab of lite mayo on it.
