Another day back on the wagon!!!
Breakfast- Celery sticks, w. cream cheese, 2 sausage links-(3 carbs)
Snack- Atkins shake, cheese stick-(2 carbs)
Lunch- tuna on low carb tortilla w. cheese, celery sticks w. cream cheese- (5 carbs)
snack- atkins shake, or bar (unsure yet)-(1 carb)
Dinner- probably fish cooked in mushrooms, w. veggies on the side. -(6 carbs)
Total=17 carbs
Yea WOOBIE! Check you out.. Lean Cuisines? Hoity Toity here.... hell iffin I ate a lean cuisine.. I'd gain 10 freakin' lbs! lol
Another Day.. another DO
I had about 1/2 c of sausage, pepper and egg
after I worked out I had 2 serving of oscar meyer shaved turkey
Dinner prolly will be the leftover turkey I made in the crockpot yesterday
Exercise:
30 minutes eliptical, abductors & adductors (3 sets of each.. 15 reps @ 160lbs) Leg press - 3 sets/15 reps @ 210 lbs, tricept (pull downs).. 3 sets 15 reps.. um.. think that was 40 lbs.. and biceps at 50 lbs........... oh yea.. what a way to get back into the do!
Weight was 215.4... so that's like 12 lbs off in 3 days.. isn't this chit just wild!
I go off on egg binges.. cheap. Eating quality meats is hellaciously expensive for 2 people.. we were certainly spending less on groceries when I bought a lot of pasta. Then there's the cost of the two gym memberships.. and what I was paying a trainer every month for 13 months... plus doc visits, tests (tanning salon essential) LOL .. the last year or so has cost a small fortune!
