Breakfast
1 banana
1 whole grain English muffin with margarine
2 whole eggs + 1/4 cup egg substitute, scrambled
1 cup light soy milk
2 cups water
Lunch
2 small 1/4 Belgian waffles with sugar-free syrup
2 small turkey sausage patties
1 small hash brown potato wedge
1/3 cup cooked pear slices
2 cups water
Dinner
Eat out - don't know what I'll order yet, but I'll make sure it's healthy food and not comfort food. No dessert, and going out to a movie after - will get only popcorn and water there.
