Lunch
6 unbreaded chicken strips
1/3 cup pasta with alfredo sauce with vegetables
1/3 cup cooked broccoli & carrots
1/3 cup applesauce
2 toasted slices plain 12-grain bread (didn't feel there was enough starch with the meal)
2 cups water
16 oz. Diet Sunkist Orange pop
Dinner
2 moderate pieces Spicy Chicken Pizza
1/2 can minestrone or vegetable soup
1 cup fresh strawberries
2 cups light soy milk
3 scoops sugar-free, low fat Moose Tracks ice cream
