1 cup coffee

Lunch
Small barbequed pork rib meat with barbeque sauce
1/3 cup cooked corn
1/3 cup mashed potatoes
1 small pear
2 cups water
Dinner
2 thighs Herbed Chicken in Cream Sauce
1 cup whole grain pasta
1/2 can minestrone soup
1 package fresh blueberries; 2 cups light soy milk
