Whats to eat today? 12/23/08
Breakfast- 1 sausage patty, 4 celery sticks w. cream cheese- 4 carbs
Snack- ?, probably cucumbers or celery (not much in the frig for me)
Lunch- Hot dog, w. salad- 4 carbs
snack ?
Dinner- Turkey burger, or Chicken with veggies, (NOT sure yet.)- 5 carbs
S: Atkin's Shake (1 carb)
L: Lean Cuisine (9 carbs)
D: Chicken Cutlet stuffed w/ham & cheese
Veggies of some sort (4 carbs)
S: Endulge bar and 1 oz almonds (6 carbs)
Carbs: 20
* I weighed myself this morning and I was up 3 pounds!! I hate weighing myself every day. I wish I never got on the scale because now I'm in a bad mood. B: Coffee w/Cream

My house is a mess from being gone so much, and I just realied Christmas is soon and I don't have anything wrapped yet! My son informed me it doesn't feel right because there is usually tons of presents under the tree. This year so far there's a total of five so far under the tree . I need to get wrapping! Doesn't it feel like Christmas is in about a week? I'm missing at least a week some where.
B: pork chop gravy biscuit from hardee's....gravy was non-existent

S: 1/2c cottage cheese
D: 8 turkey meatballs in marinara sauce w/ 2tbsp cottage cheese and 1tbsp parmesan, 1/2c cottage cheese
no exercise for a looooooong time
Blew it tonight with a bag of peanut m&m's, 2 reese's trees and a bag of chili cheese fritos. I have had SERIOUS problems with snacking.
