Back to work today... Blech...
B: Coffee w/heavy cream
L: Lean cuisine (9 carbs)
D: Chinese vegetable soup (2 carbs)
Carbs: 11
My weight stayed the same this week. I think it's from a few things: the half and half instead of the heavy cream (half and half has carbs), all the sweetner I was using in those enormous cups of coffee, other stuff but I can't think of it right now. No biggie - at least I didn't go up. My period's due in a week, so I'm not going to shed a tear. Could just be water weight.

Breakfast- 5 pieces bacon
Snack- celery w. cream cheese- 3 carbs
Lunch- (went out with mother in law) large Caesar salad NO croutons, (dressing on the side) didnt finish- about 5 carbs (for dressing)
snack- non- walked around the mall and many stores, didnt think about food , oh, Diet soda
Dinner- Finished ceasar salad, and turkey burger w. mayo and mustard
- 4 carbs
Total- about 12 (I am getting bad about counting carbs, but I pritty much eat the same stuff so...)
