2 pieces 12-grain french toast with margarine & sugar-free syrup
3/4 cup apple cider
1 cup light soy milk
1 cup hazelnut coffee
2 cups water

1 Tbsp. Wal-Mucin with 8 oz. water

Lunch 
1 cup cornmeal mush
1 cup light soy milk

Dinner 
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes with light soy milk & margarine
25 grapes
1/2 can New England clam chowder
2 cups light soy milk
2 chocolate-flavored graham crackers
