what did you eat today? 12/21/08
Hello my peeps!
So far today:
1 pkt high fiber oatmeal + 1 egg beaten in + tubs of coffee
I need to make a green shake later, added protein doing ****ty on veg intake.
Later plan is:
turkey burger on Geo Foreman grill , wrap in high fiber wrap, cabbage, ceasar dressing
Supper: tilapia, chopped salad, rice or potato

L: 2 hotdogs w/cheese (6 carbs)
S: tea w/cream & sweetener (2 carbs)
D: pepperoni & cheese
1 pickle (2 carbs)
S: tea w/cream & sweetener (4 carbs)
I'm leaving on vacation tomorrow, so not much left in my fridge...makes fixin meals difficult
Carbs: 15

then a cup of coffee
Lunch: bought a crispy chicken salad with vinegrette...picked out the eggs and only ate half.
Dinner will be boneless skinless chicken tenderloins over egg noodles with lemon gravy and asparagus
I couldnt do my one mile walk today cuz the wind and cold is toooo bitter, so I will be doing a fitness tape when I go home plus some crunches on the balance ball.
I know I dont eat much, but I never been a big eater. My weight gain is due to having a baby and eating for emotional confort during my last abusive yers of my prior marriage. Now the stress and stuff is gone, I am highly focused on my weight loss and my eating habits went back down to how it was before I got fat.
I couldnt stomach any more than this in a day.
