Lunch- tuna w. mayo on celery sticks 3-carbs

snack- 1cup cucumbers- 2 carbs 

Dinner- turkey burger w. salad- 5 carbs

total-10 carbs

B: Coffee w/half & half (4 carbs)
L: Chicken wings
S: 1 cup low carb chocolate milk (4 carbs)*
D: Turkey Burger w/cheese (2 carbs for low carb ketchup)

Carbs: 10

*Holly - I think this is the same brand of low carb milk you get - calorie countdown by Hood.  It's sooooo good!!!

Hello my peeps!

So far today:

1 pkt high fiber oatmeal + 1 egg beaten in + tubs of coffee

I need to make a green shake later, added protein doing ****ty on veg intake.

Later plan is:

turkey burger on Geo Foreman grill , wrap in high fiber wrap, cabbage, ceasar dressing

Supper:  tilapia, chopped salad, rice or potato

S:  popcorn made on stove...no butter

I'm leaving on vacation tomorrow, so not much left in my fridge...makes fixin meals difficult

Sounds like me Heather, Ive got to get groceries this week and Ive got slim pickins for meals. But I will find something. Have a nice and safe trip tomarrow!!!! We look forward to hearing how it went!

I had:

B-fast - can of v8 and a cigarette lool
then a cup of coffee

Lunch: bought a crispy chicken salad with vinegrette...picked out the eggs and only ate half.

Dinner will be boneless skinless chicken tenderloins over egg noodles with lemon gravy and asparagus

I couldnt do my one mile walk today cuz the wind and cold is toooo bitter, so I will be doing a fitness tape when I go home plus some crunches on the balance ball.

I know I dont eat much, but I never been a big eater.  My weight gain is due to having a baby and eating for emotional confort during my last abusive yers of my prior marriage.  Now the stress and stuff is gone, I am highly focused on my weight loss and my eating habits went back down to how it was before I got fat.
I couldnt stomach any more than this in a day.
