Lunch
2 turkey sausage links
2 scrambled eggs
1 hashbrown potato wedge
1/2 cup chunky applesauce
5 thin slices leftover ham luncheon meat
2 cups water

Dinner
1 pork chop on griddle
1 baked white potato with margarine
1/2 can minestrone soup
25 grapes
2 cups light soy milk
Popcorn, 94% fat-free
