Breakfast- SF jello, taco salad (NO shell)-4 carbs
Snack- atkins shake-1 carb
Lunch- Probably turkey burger w. celery & cream cheese
snack- ?
Dinner- ?

I havent lost BUT I am on my monthly so, I am very sure I am retaining water and bloating, so TBD. Its discouraging but.......

HUGE surprise what I'm having for breakfast! Ha ha.
B: IsaLean vanilla shake with Isagenix greens, and extra fiber (we ran out of IsaPro unflavored whey protein) Tea, water. Actually, first thing I do when I get up is drink 20 oz water. After my shake, a second 20 oz. The water expands the soluble fiber in the shake and the extra fiber I add, so I'm literally STUFFED until lunch.
L: Today will most likely be IsaLean creamy tomato soup since I'll be at our store. Looking forward (not) to working in an unheated warehouse style store when it's 11 degrees out.
S: I carry IsaLean bars all the time
D: Homemade 4 bean and beef soup (SOOOOO looking forward to that as we expect another storm to move in)
Daily water: 100 oz not counting green tea, chai, and my favorite 'Want More Energy' orange B vitamin and electrolyte drink

I feel your pain, girl. It's hard for me to lose weight during that week too. Hang in there.
B: 2 eggs over easy, 3 pieces of bacon and 1 link of sausage
Coffee w/ whole milk - Diner didn't have heavy cream (4 carbs)
L: Skipping
S: 2 tbls Peanut Butter Cheesecake filling* (2 carbs)
D: Stew meat w/ Cauliflower (4 carbs for the veg.)
Carbs: 10
*Mix equal parts of Natural PB (no sugar added) and Cream Cheese with a little splenda. I used about three tbls of each. Soooo goooood. If you use regular pb, you might not need the splenda.

I may have gained I am not sure. From last week it looks like I have stayed the same so...I probably lost then gained back!! AAHHHHH!!! Thanks everyone, this is tough then adding on the holiday temptations, I want to be naughty so bad right now. But, I am getting off my butt and cleaning the house since the munchkins are napping. Wish me luck through these next 4 days!! At least TOM (haha) will be over right before christmas eve and christmas. Hopefully it will help from the dreaded homemade sugar cookies, fudge and many more of my grandmas goodies!!! Okay I am really get off now or I am gonna go crazy!!!

Thats right!! I had my last atkins shake for snack before dinner and it was dark royale chocolate, I really think it helped. They are so filling. I have just been thinking that I have something naughty I am just going to have to try and work it off again and its not worth it, really its not!! I'll be fine, Thanks for the support heather!!
