G'day from Down Under
That tightness in your breasts is because of the swelling and the pocket for the implants being created, it doesn't last long. And the arms get looser as the days go by. Try keeping them elevated when you rest. But not out, close to the new girls. The main focus is not to lift anything or reach high so you don't put pressure on those incisions. That way your scars will stay thin and fade to thin white lines. The swelling in the upper body doesn't last as long as the lower body work you had, so it won't be long before you are out sporting your new sleeveless dresses.
All of my surgeries were uneventful except for the swelling. But the way I swell, it was a "Swelling Event"! I started having lymphatic massages and it has helped tremendously. Once you get clearance, I recommend a Swedish massage. That's the bomb to help with getting your fluids flowing again and helps get the anesthesia out of your system.
Happy Healing,
Mary
I keep thinking I must take some photos.... the bruising is technicolor.
Dr A has done an excellent job... the rotter did do a little lipo on my elbow upper part of my lower arm - man lipo hurts!
I told my family that hotel Mummy has permanently closed for business. That is: mummy is not doing it all anymore. We have had several frayed temper moments from me and I imagine things will take a while to sink in. Oh well, was a good time to start it- since I literally can't do a thing even if I want to give in and be hotel mummy again (which I don't want to).
At the moment the heaviest thing I am lifting is a cup of tea- even that feels heavy sometimes.
Will email you photos when I take them.

I know Donna's boob job was way more painful. Gads, the pics she posted when they were so swollen made my nips about invert.
feminine but not tarty - LOL, that will give me a chuckle for a couple hours!
Happy Holidays to you!
