Heather my no bake cookies are so easy as pie to make its
2 cups sugar
1/2 c butter
3 tbsp coca powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c peanut butter
3 c old fashioned oats
mix butter, sugar, coca and vanilla... bring to boil. Boil for ONLY one minute take off heat after a minute then add peanut butter mix until chocolate blend is creamy then add your oats one cup at a time. Drop spoon fulls on wax paper...the more.... messy the better since you want it to look like coal....Oh DUHHH you need some black food coloring and after you mix your oats in add lots of black food coloring about 1/2 the bottle just play with that part it'll make about 18-24 cookies so double as needed. I'm really artsy so I made a card to go with and it read:
I heard you've been naughty not very nice and santa even checked his list twice so all the way for the cold north pole all you get for christmas is the tub of cookie coal!! Your lucky I like you b/c I love my idea and I may try and sell it at some bazzars at local churches. Be careful to stay away from the cookies b/c yes they are black but they are wonderful!!
let me know how it turns out
