to be back on track!! I'm looking at my lunch plate which consists of 3 oz ham, 1 oz of pretzels 1/2 c cottage cheese and 3 pickles(baby) and loving that its only 340 calories!! I'm so proud of myself although I fell....and fell HARD, I'm back on track yall!
Have to tell you a story about yesterday...Okay I make amazing chocolate chip cookies, like I've won awards because my cookies are fantastic and my husbands best friend knows I bake him a huge batch of cookies every year for christmas so I continued on with my tradition and am very proud to say that I ate 1 cookie!!! Yes I still ate a cookie but normally I'd scarf at least a dozen. GO ME!!!!

Stacy, Thats great! Way to get back on your plan! And great job for eating just one cookie!! My self control isn't that good, I have to avoid things like that, cause if I eat one, I'll eat them all!! lol

I know how that goes Heather! My husband is probably to blame for my success on that one haha he took the left over cookies and hid them! Sounds crazy but its what it takes for me. I didn't balloon to 351 pounds having self control thats for sure!!
