1/3 cup cooked peas
1/3 cup cooked pear cubes

16 oz. Diet Sunkist Orange pop with caffeine, to keep me awake in my in-service class this afternoon
Dinner
1-1/2 cups leftover Quick Mexican Chili with dolop of sour cream
1 cup whole grain pasta
1 cup cooked cauliflower
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups light soy milk
