PROUD...This New Format

I miss Oregon. :(  I lived there for a short while when I was a kid.  Plus we went down there every year for Christmas because it's where my grandma lived.  It's where my dad grew up.  I've been wanting to go down there one of these days.  I want to go down memory lane at least one more time there, and see a few relatives, and go to the coast.  If I ever go I'll have to let ya know! :)

I like the new format. It's much more intuitive and easier to use.  One thing I was hoping for with this change was improved response time. The amount of time it takes me to read and make posts is very time consuming.  The site is entirely too slow in both firefox and internet explorer. It's a LOT slower in IE vs FF.

Well of course you like this format...you actually know how to navigate this place.  Me, I just kind of muddle through!

Speaking of which, you're just the man I wanted to see.  How do I put a pic in a post?  I have Windows Vista Home Premium and I'm doing good to write a freakin' e-mail!  I can't even get a pic in my own post and you can take one off of another person's profile and put it in their post.  How cool is that?

Welp, there are a couple of ways to do.  If the image you are trying to copy has been opened in Internet Explorer you can right click on that picture, click copy, and then go to your message editor and click paste. (This works with HTML Editor #1, haven't tried with #2) Sometimes that might not work, especially if you use Firefox.  In that case, try dragging the picture you want to paste in your message into the editor window and releasing.  This will actually copy all of the "HTML" associated with the picture, meaning if it has a hyper link it will be copied as well.

Another way that you can display an image is by using an HTML "IMG" tag that points to the URL of your image.  In order to get the url of an image in IE, right click on the image and click "Properties". You'll find the URL in the "Address (URL)" box.  Here's an example of how you would do it with one of your images.  Cross your fingers that this comes out right! :)

Okay, well take out the  BR / and the greater than and less than signs before and after it.  The only part you need is "img src="http://images.obesityhelp.com/uploads/avatar/727676.jpg"" and the LT/GT signs.  OH screws up the textarea tag with line breaks, so disregard the br stuff.
