Lunch
3 wings roasted chicken
1/2 cup au gratin potatoes
1/3 cup cooked peas
1/3 cup fruit ****tail

Dinner
1-1/2 cups Ole Spanish Rice
1/2 can vegetable soup
1 cup fresh strawberries
2 cups light soy milk
1 Slim A Bear sugar-free, low fat ice cream bar
