I'm just more likely to post when I've eaten all my fruits and vegetables!
Original goal: lose 53 lbs. New goal: lose 68-78 lbs total.
I had a tense day at work today - admin review!
asanas and ball crunching before work - planned a walk after work, but stayed too late and did not happen.
egg cream for breakfast
1 hi pro cappacino
2 granola like crackers with hi pro pb + 1 hi pro drink + 1.5 svg wasabi pretzels (hi fiber/hi protein)
I *almost* derailed on stress eating. I quickly went into the kitchen and heated up about a half cup of turkey chili and had 1 ounce oyster crackers with it.
I did eat 4 kisses + 1 caramel thingie + 1 handful of pistachios in the shell
Supper: 2 c winter squash soup (fresh ginger/onion in butter/ch****n broth) + 1/2 c sloppy joe, bunless.
