Well, first of all I have moved to phase 2 today, so I am excited to try more of a variety. I use, allrecipes.com for all of my recipes I need, it is so cool because you can put your quanity of people and it gives you the exact recipe for that amount of people. Anyway, the recipe I have involves white rice so I am just going to make a couple without for me, and the rest of them with rice for my family. when you get the recipe you can also scroll down a little ways and it gives you the nutrition label per serving. It is soo cool, I made some whole mushrooms wrapped with bacon and they were filled w. cream cheese and onion mixture, for my family christmas party they were only about 1.5 carbs a piece and they were big.
P.S the cabbage recipe also had tomato soap, but I am going to use t. juice instead. oh, and they are called stuffed cabbage rolls in case you want to look it up.

Hey Mar
Yeah I know how to cook really well (I'm a guido - it runs in my family) but I don't cook because I'm not home much to access the kitchen. I eat my breakfast and lunch at work so the only meal I get to cook is dinner and that's always hand-cooked, with few exceptions (like tonight for example, I had chinese chicken wings because my family was having waffels and that's an Atkin's no-no). I just don't go into recipe detail on here - if I eat chicken carbonara I'll just say chicken in red sauce. I'm a simple kinda girl.
