Abstinence - 248th Day
I called an OA friend of mine for over 20 years and told her about my sleep apnea. She told me that using a CPAP machine would help me lose weight faster, and improve my health. This sounded very good to me, and I wanted some feedback from you guys on that.
Breakfast
1 orange
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup light soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water
Wal-Mucin in 8 oz. water
Lunch
Small breaded veal fritter
1/2 cup macaroni with tomato sauce
1/3 cup cooked lima beans
1/3 cup cooked apricots (4 of them)
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes with light soy milk & margarine
25 grapes
1/2 can New England clam chowder
2 cups light soy milk
2 chocolate-flavored graham crackers

you can also keep your heart healthy by better sleep - so by all means, weight loss aside, lots of great reasons to get this going.
