Janina...good for you!  You're making me think about starting Atkins after the holidays.  It's one I've never tried.  Think I've messed up my metabolism so bad it's all that's left for me.  Keep up the good work!!

My day:

15 minutes asanas, ball crunching, push ups


my food spaced out over the day:

1 raw egg + 1/2 c pom/blueberry juice + 1/4 c greek yogurt

1 chicken jerky thing

1 c salad + 1/2 c obligatory pasta at boss lunch today.

1 svg hot cocoa high protein

1 c berries + 4 oz greek yogurt

2 oz chicken + 1/2 c black beans + 1/4 c salsa + 1/4 avocado + 1 low carb wrap

35 minute walk after work
