You sure have been doing great on the weight loss!
So far today:
B- 2 egg omelette with 1 small chopped up sausage patty and 1 oz cheddar
S- coffee with cream and splenda, hand full of peanuts
The rest will probably be:
L- 2 oz roast beef
D- chicken breast, salad, and left over brocolli
S- herbal tea with splenda

Dayem girl, your workin' it! I have to say I'm starting to get a little jealous here. :) You've worked hard, you deserve it. That has got to make you feel good, you're almost in the 250's!!

D: romaine and spinach salad with cucumbers, eggs , mushrooms, and pineapple, with shredded pear for dressing and flax.

It is not my best thats for sure, We took it when we were out getting a christmas tree, it was about oh... 18degrees and windy thats why my face is red. I do not have any pictures of me because I am always behind the camara, so I cropped a double of our family picture. I will get getting a better one soon, thats for sure.
