L: 3 eggs over easy
    1 low carb wrap (10 carbs)
D: Chicken Breast w/Salad (4 carbs)

Carbs: 16

I lost 5 pounds this week!  Woohoo!!!

You sure have been doing great on the weight loss!

So far today:
B- 2 egg omelette with 1 small chopped up sausage patty and 1 oz cheddar
S- coffee with cream and splenda, hand full of peanuts
The rest will probably be:
L- 2 oz roast beef
D- chicken breast, salad, and left over brocolli
S- herbal tea with splenda

                                                 Only "obese" now!

Janina! Thats great!!! 5 pounds AND you made your Christmas goal 10 days early! WAY TO GO!!
     

I have a dr.s appointment tomorrow, so I'm just waiting till then to weigh...the suspense is killing me! I'm hoping I've made my mini-goal too!

Dayem girl, your workin' it! I have to say I'm starting to get a little jealous here. :)  You've worked hard, you deserve it. That has got to make you feel good, you're almost in the 250's!!

B:   green protein smoothie, and one veggie sausage

L:  serving oatmeal with one tbsp almond butter 

D:  romaine and spinach salad with cucumbers, eggs , mushrooms, and pineapple, with shredded pear for dressing and flax.

Way to go!! Victory dance.... Keep it up chicky!! You have another week before christmas, may make another goal!!!

Breakfast-Atkins shake, sauage with cheese-2 carbs

Snack- none

Lunch- Turkey burger w. cheese, mustard, mayo, Celery w. cream cheese, sugar free jello- 3 carbs

Snack-Atkins shake- 1 carb

Dinner-Large grilled chicken salad, w. caesar dressing- 5 carbs

Snack- sliced cucumbers- 2 carbs

Total- 13 carbs

It is not my best thats for sure, We took it when we were out getting a christmas tree, it was about oh... 18degrees and windy thats why my face is red. I do not have any pictures of me because I am always behind the camara, so I cropped a double of our family picture. I will get getting a better one soon, thats for sure.
