what did you eat today? 12/14/08
Breakfast- Bacon, Sugar free Jello (wasnt very hungry, had
.sugar hangover from yestarday!!!) ( 0 carbs)
Snack- Atkins shake, beef stick, string cheese (1 carb)
Lunch-Hot dog, w. relish, and mustard , string cheese (I was on the road for snack and lunch, had to go w. what the gas stations had) (3 carbs)
Snack- cream cheese wrapped in beef (2carbs)
Dinner- salad, w. bacon, cheese, mushrooms, cucumbers
(3 carbs)
Snack- sugar free jello
Total- 9 carbs

B: IsaLean vanilla shake with extra fiber, protein, and Isagenix greens
S: Chai tea latte
L: One slice of whole grain bread, toasted, with tuna salad on top
D: Large bowl of home made chicken and lentil soup with cabbage, quinoa, and all kinds of veggies
water water water water
3/4 of a cookie (daughter brought home a box, naughty girl)

This is for yesterday, the 14th:
B- 2 eggs scrambled with 1 slice bacon and 1 oz cheese
L- sugar free International coffee
D- 2 pork chops with small ladel of sauce, 2 cups steamed brocolli sprinkled with cheese and olive oil, 1 Tbl mashed potatoes
S- Atkins bar (the kind that tastes like a Snickers bar), herbal tea w/ 1 Splenda
Only drank 1 glass of water! Need to work on that.
