1/2 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 cup light soy milk
1 cup hazelnut coffee
2 cups water

Wal-Mucil with 8 oz. water

Lunch 
Leftover eggplant parmegiana
Leftover breaded seafood
Leftover pasta with tomato sauce
Small salisbury steak with gravy
1/3 cup mashed potatoes
1/3 cup cooked corn
1 pear
4 cups water

Dinner
Medium size steak on griddle
Baked yam with margarine
1/2 cup vegetable soup
25 grapes
2 cups light soy milk
3 scoops sugar-free, low fat butter pecan ice cream

wow, how many calories is that. i need to figure out how to do that.  i know it is possible from visiting other boards but i sure have a lot to learn.l
