What did you eat today? 12/12
I went x-mas shopping with my hubby and well.....To be honest I was not ready to eat out or even go somewhere during a meal time...wooooh.....ok I tried to do good but....going off the list at all is still really bad....so to be honest I will tell you what I ate today because I need to get it off my chest and swear to my OH family that I am going back to the good stuff tomarrow, Oh and while I was eating it I got sick to my stomach, I think it knew I was being bad....Anyway here I go...
Breakfast-2 sausage patties, celery sticks w. cream cheese, and SF -jello 3 carbs(doing good)
Snack-Atkins shake-1 carb (still doing good)
Lunch- Grilled chicken ceasar salad (w.croutons AND 3 loaded potato bite!!) CARBS ??
Snack-NONE
Dinner-MCDONALDS Parfait, and crispy chicken, ranch wrap (CARBS ???)
I was soo bad, I did huff around the mall and about a dozen other stores, and made my hubby park way out into the parking lot so I could walk (even though it was cold). okay I have this confession off my chest,no more screw ups!!

Hi TJ, don't be too hard on yourself, everyone messes up now and then. Tomorrow is another day. Your meals out could have been ok with just a few changes, though. The ceaser salad would be ok without the croutons and the dressong on the side, and of course, no potato bites. Drink lots of water, it helps to fill you up. And when I'm out, I try to bring an atkins bar I can eat if hunger strikes, that way I'm less tempted to cheat. At McDonalds, when I go, I usually get a hamburger (cause I don't like their grilled chicken) with no bun, ketchup or mustard. I get tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, and extra mayo and it's only 5 carbs. The parfait, crispy (breaded) chicken, and wrap have to go. I either drink water or diet soda (even though I know it's not good for me either) and try to ignore the smell of french fries. Just think it through before you go out so you have a plan and you know what you're going to eat, if you stick to it, you shouldn't have a problem. Keep it up, you're doin great!!
Thanks, it was a stressful shopping night. I am working on not stress eating!!!! But it could have been worse, I didnt have fries or a big mac which I would have before. I really didnt have the craving for them. I was going to bring a bar or shake but totally forgot to grab one. I think it would have helped me from being so hungry instead of giving in to the naughty temptations. Thanks again Heather
