dangerous!
Hi, I don't usually post on here as I have had WLS but I wanted to share this with people as a warning. It is not the diet itself at fault, the poor lady took it to extremes thinking she was doing the right thing - she was not following the Lighterlife guidelines. So this is NOT meant to be criticising her choice of diet programme; that is not for me to judge!

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
I'd say this woman could have harmed herself with any so-called "diet" because she was obviously disturbed... read this line:
"Mrs Henson drank four litres of water in less than two hours on November 14, which caused her brain to swell."
They also recommend less than 600 calories a DAY! My gosh.
Let's just have a bit of sense, shall we?

Another Brit! Yes, I felt desperately sorry for the poor women - wanting to lose weight drives us to desperate measures but I am surprised that anyone would forget all that business about people dying after taking ecstasy, not from the drug but from drinking too much water.
