2 sausage patties
1 wedge hashbrown potatoes
2 scrambled eggs
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
4 cups water

Dinner
1-1/4 cups Quick Mexican Chili (vegetarian)
1 cup whole grain pasta
1/2 can vegetable soup
1 cup raw strawberries
2 cups light soy milk
1 Slim A Bear sugar-free, low fat ice cream bar
