whats to eat today? 12/10/08
Breakfast- egg salad and fat free, sugar free hot cocoa
(6 carbs)
Snack- celery w. P.Butter (4 carbs)
Lunch- Left over fish w. veggies (4carbs)
snack- ?
Dinner- Hamburger w. large salad (3 carbs)
Oh, and stepped on the scale this morning and I lost 1 lb. its not a lot but I am happy with it.
Yea, Michelle has to win for all of America.ha I think just about everyone hates Vicki. Now I'm confused, is it all three of them get to be in the finals to win the big bucks? Or is it just "third place" that we are voting on. I can't remember.
Yanno, I also watched a few old episodes of Ruby last night. One statement a doctor made to her keeps haunting me since last night. He said something like "If Ruby is in control, the diet doesn't work, if the doctor is in control the diet works." It really made me start wondiernng if I'm maybe sneaking (nibbling) foods that I'm not realizing or?? KNow what I mean? Just like my last doc put me on tv dinners ALL DAY just for portion control. Even if my sugar level got low (which it did)when I called them up the nurse said to eat another lower cal tv dinner, at least it would be controlled. Low and behold I lost like ten pounds that week, although I did freak out having a panic attack when my sugar level got so low..lol But it was an eye opener to start paying more attention to the "little details" of my plan.
B: about a fourth of my green smoothie, freezing rest for later on, three turkey bacon, and egg whites

Maybe I shouldn't be posting while I'm not following any kind of a plan. Someone commented last night...might have been you, Heather, I don't remember.....how yummy certain things sounded. Please let me know if my putting certain things on here is bothering anyone. I am NOT losing (in fact have gained a couple of pounds) and maybe I shouldn't even be on the boards when I'm so out of control.....just figured staying accountable might prevent worse damage.
