Whats to eat today? 12/9/08

Breakfast- Scrambled eggs w/chicken breast,cheese, and onions (it up) (4carbs)

Snack- Cream cheese wrapped in 2 sliced chicken breast (lunch meat) (3carbs) yummmy!

Lunch- large salad and chicken boyon cube with diced onions (gonna try out my own mixture!) (4carbs)

Snack- Celery sticks w.cream cheese (2 carbs)

Dinner-medium hamburger w/sliced of swiss cheese ontop(no bun, or condiments) mixed veggies cooked in fat free no carb butter

Gotta go grocery shopping Thursday so I am trying to work with what I have. I have always bought raw veggies for the kids and some for me (because "Iam going to eat better") but, I am really eating them now ,almost out!

S: Atkin's shake (1 carb)
L: 1/2 Crustless Quiche (5 carbs)
D: Lamb Patty w/salad (4 carbs)

Carbs: 10

I'm mad today, scale went up two pounds, not down two pounds.  This 1200-1500 calorie a day isn't working for me. Debating today if I should stick with it a while longer or not.  Just seems weird I can't lose on that many calories.  I'm feeling very agitated today .  Regardless, I'm still at my highest and I feel at that many calories for a 300 pound woman ya would think some loss of pounds would happen.  I'm determined, but feel sooooo down in the dumps.  hell at this rate I might as well go eat my Chinese I've been craving for the past two weeks!

Awww Holly, don't get down on yourself.  You shouldn't weigh yourself everyday anyway, because your weight fluctuates so much day to day.  You'll drive yourself nuts!!  Stick to once a week.

I might weigh myself daily, but I don't count it, just once a week.  I shouldn't have opened my mouth over yesterdays weight, it was not my scale.  I was just excited to see a change.

Hey Holly,

I stuck with 1400 calories/day and dropped from 300 to 260 lbs. I hope that keeps you motivated

Hang in there, Holly....maybe you need to up your calories a little.  Have you figured out your BMR?  I seem to lose better if I'm eating a few more.  But then I'm one of those "do as I say, not as I do" gals!    I'm not sticking to anything right now but gonna be accountable for what I put in my mouth anyway and maybe it will shame me into doing something.  Just not in the mood to count ****!

B:  EZ muffin with 1 fried egg and 1 slice turkey bacon
S:  2 LF baby bellas
L: (out at Olive Garden with my mom)
      2 bowls of salad with Italian dressing
      1 bowl of their new creamy chicken soup
      1 breadstick (no salt)
      Then my mother wanted to stop at Perkins for dessert and had piece French Silk chocolate pie with her
S:  6 pieces taffy
D:  turkey burger (no bun)
      cranberry relish
      slice whole grain bread and butter

Sherrie, Yum! I was drooling by the time I finished reading your post! Olive Garden is my absolute favorite!! I love their salad dressing (before this diet, it was the only time I'd really eat salad!) and breadsticks!! MMmmmm! And chocolate pie!! I can almost taste it now!!

B: skipped cuz I was sick to my tummy
L: taco salad w/salsa, sour cream, cheese, meat, lettuce (10 carbs)
     made me sick, maybe the taco meat's not agreeing with my tummy...?
D: no bun burger w/mayo, lettuce, tomatoe, pickle (5 carbs)

Carbs: 15
