Whats to eat today? 12/9/08
Breakfast- Scrambled eggs w/chicken breast,cheese, and onions (it up) (4carbs)
Snack- Cream cheese wrapped in 2 sliced chicken breast (lunch meat) (3carbs) yummmy!
Lunch- large salad and chicken boyon cube with diced onions (gonna try out my own mixture!) (4carbs)
Snack- Celery sticks w.cream cheese (2 carbs)
Dinner-medium hamburger w/sliced of swiss cheese ontop(no bun, or condiments) mixed veggies cooked in fat free no carb butter
Gotta go grocery shopping Thursday so I am trying to work with what I have. I have always bought raw veggies for the kids and some for me (because "Iam going to eat better") but, I am really eating them now ,almost out!

I'm mad today, scale went up two pounds, not down two pounds. This 1200-1500 calorie a day isn't working for me. Debating today if I should stick with it a while longer or not. Just seems weird I can't lose on that many calories. I'm feeling very agitated today . Regardless, I'm still at my highest and I feel at that many calories for a 300 pound woman ya would think some loss of pounds would happen. I'm determined, but feel sooooo down in the dumps. hell at this rate I might as well go eat my Chinese I've been craving for the past two weeks!

Hang in there, Holly....maybe you need to up your calories a little. Have you figured out your BMR? I seem to lose better if I'm eating a few more. But then I'm one of those "do as I say, not as I do" gals! I'm not sticking to anything right now but gonna be accountable for what I put in my mouth anyway and maybe it will shame me into doing something. Just not in the mood to count ****!

Then my mother wanted to stop at Perkins for dessert and had piece French Silk chocolate pie with her

Sherrie, Yum! I was drooling by the time I finished reading your post! Olive Garden is my absolute favorite!! I love their salad dressing (before this diet, it was the only time I'd really eat salad!) and breadsticks!! MMmmmm! And chocolate pie!! I can almost taste it now!!
