What did you eat today 12/8/08?
Breakfast- Chicken breast w/Peppered jack cheese Omelette (3 carbs)
Snack- 1 cup sliced cucumbers (2 carbs)
Lunch- Salad with Taco meat and bacon bits & FF dressing (6 carbs)
Snack- celery sticks w/cream cheese (2 carbs)
Dinner- grilled chicken breast w/ brocolli w/melted cheddar cheese on top. (5 carbs)
Evening snack- SF jello cup
ALSO GETTING IN A TAE BO WORKOUT TODAY!!!!
By the way, your menu looks right up my alley. Yum!

D: Hot wings w/blue cheese dressing (4 carbs)

*Tilapia Citronette from Trader Joe's - Oh My God is it good. It's got 4 carbs per serving (yes I'm eating the whole thing*). It's a little citrus-ee, a little sweet from the veggies (asparagus & carrots) and not "fishy" at all. It's got 38 grams of protein per serving - 38 grams!!! And it's a microwave meal - it's awesome. For all my Atkin's friends, this is a must-buy.
BTW, my CW is back down to the lowest: 268. Yay me!!

I lost two pounds this week...YAY. Now one more pound to go until I'm back to my highest before my depression hit me a month or so ago..arghh

D: HUGE taco salad w/ lettuce, seasoned hamburger, cheese, salsa, sour cream (18 carbs)
way overdid it with the sour cream and salsa, could have been half the size I made the salad
and would have been satisfying. Instead, I ate almost all of it and have felt sick ever since!
Carbs: 25 went over my carbs for the day too....stupid. stupid. stupid.
And after the first two weeks of Atkins Induction, you can start adding more than twenty carbs. It will slow down your weight loss, but it also keeps you from going insane!

Even smart people can have stupid moments! And I know that after induction I can have more than 20 carbs, so I should be easier on myself. I have so much weight to lose, I don't really WANT it to slow down...at least till after Christmas. I'm gonna do two weeks of induction when I get home from my parents, and then maybe add more carbs. The thing is, when I eat more carbs, after so long with so few, it feels weird, like I'm REALLY overeating...lol I guess thats good news.
A question for the Atkins Queen, could it hurt (nutritionally) for me to continue eating at induction levels? (20 carbs or less??) I have added nuts (infrequently) into my diet, which induction doesn't allow. I like peanuts!
