L: tuna fish w/mayo, pickles, olives (4 carbs)
D: baked chicken breasts w/spagetti sauce & motzarella cheese (6 carbs)
S: sf jello
     tea w/whipcream & sweetener (4 carbs)

Carbs: 15



HW: 460 (12/18/14) SW: 419 (6/4/15) CW: 330 (10/19/15) Mini goal: 319 by 10/4/15

Thanks for watching my back, Heather - It's been a long day...

B: 3 eggs over easy
    1/2 low carb Tortilla toasted w/butter (5 carbs)
L: 10 chinese chicken wings (or 5 whole wings) - but threw that up
D: 3/4 cup of shrimp and chicken in brown sauce (2 carbs)

My band has been ultra tight today.  Crazy!!

L: First tried Chicken Chile Verde, but it tasted like hot sauce out of the bottle so I threw that out, so then I had 5 chicken wings, but threw that up...
D: Not sure I'm going to eat anything.  My band is not behaving.

L:  organic plain yogurt with fresh raspberries....170 cal

D:  hash brown/egg/ground beef mixture....550 cal (est I think??)

S:  protien shake ...160 cal

Total: 940 calories
