Abstinence - 238th Day
On Monday, December 1, 2008, I weighed myself in the early morning, and I have lost another 2-1/2 pounds in November 2008! That brings my two-month total to 6 pounds now! On Monday, December 8, 2008, I will start incorporating exercise five days a week walking an inside track at a free recreation center nearby. They're open Monday through Friday, but not on weekends. I shop on Saturdays, so that will be more exercise for me.
Breakfast
1 orange
1 cup spoon size shredded wheat
1 cup rice milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 turkey slices with stuffing and gravy (Banquet frozen meal)
1/3 cup mashed potatoes
1/3 cup peas
1/4 cup cranberry sauce
1 pear
2 cups water
Dinner
1 pork chop
1 baked white potato with margarine
25 grapes
1/2 can vegetable soup
2 cups rice milk
3 scoops sugar-free, low fat butter pecan ice cream
