Breakfast- Raisin Bran w/ff milk, 60cal pudding w/ lowfat whipped topping (sweet tooth first thing this morning)-280

Lunch-chick breast sandwich w/ the works, lowfat yogart, celery w/ff cream cheese- 350
S-60 jello,an apple
Dinner-tacos, 450

total-1240 calories

New here....but trying to make a change without surgery?!!!

Breakfast:
2 poached eggs on dry light bread
tea
2 sm mandarin oranges

AM Snack:
yogurt
banana
1 cup cucumbers
water

Lunch:
4 oz tuna with 1 tbl sp of mayo on 2 slices dry toast
1 cup cucumber
17 grapes
water

so far.........anyways

PM Snack will consist of:
1 cup cottage cheese
6 baby carrots
water

Dinner tonight is:
3oz roast beef
1 cup carrots
1/2 pot
milk

Eve Snack:
yogurt w/berries

Trying to follow the Canada Food Guide?  Wish me luck......so far so good but it's only day 2...lol!
