Breakfast- Raisin Bran Cereal w/ff milk, and toast w/light butter- 260 calories

S-apple w/ 60cal. pudding

Lunch- Tuna sandwich, low-fat yogart, reduced fat Wheat thins 250 calories

S- 100 calorie reeses snack pack

Dinner- BBQ chicken w/ broccoli, and salad

B:  EZ muffin
      fried egg (with Pam)
      2 slices turkey bacon
S:  Atkins shake
L:  3 oz. turkey breast
      2 slices LF Swiss
      small salad with LF dressing
      small tangerine
S:  2 stalks celery
      Light N Fit yogurt
D:  1 cup brown rice
      1 cup chicken ala king (3 oz. chicken breast, cream of chicken soup, peas)
      1 cup butternut squash
      1/4 cup jellied cranberry sauce

120 oz. water
32 WW points (30 allowed plus 2 Flex points)
1650 calories

Not sure what I'm following, but gonna keep track of WW points and calories for a while just to see where I stand.  Also updated my ticker to show the weight gain from my birthday and Thanksgiving.....all about accountability!!

B:  twe eggs, three turkey bacon, and grits...345 calories

S: cheese stick..100 calories

L:  4 oz pork... 185 calories

D:  salmon, four pieces spanakopita, spinach salad with almonds and ranch..590 calories

S:  latte and persimmons..160 calories

Total: 1410 calories

I'm having pains in the middle part of my upper stomach, sort of like under my ribs.  It does this ALL the time, but this week I can't bend very well because of it.  Anyone know what it is??  I thought gallstones, but doesn't that stay on the right side?

I had to have my gallbladder removed due to gallstones and other gallbladder issues. The pain was across my back under my ribs, I would be hunched over in pain, it felt like I could barely breathe, until it passed. It would depended on what I would eat that irritated it, saucey foods were the worst. The areas you discribe sounds about right. I would go to webmd.com and look it up, I am not sure where, but their is a place you click on to give the areas and pain levels to help diagnose the problem. I would also try and get it check out  by a Dr. gallbadder issues are extremely serious!!

Thanks guys.  I was thinking it might be that.  I can't go in to the do****il Friday, but if it gets bad I'll go to ER. The pain isn't as bad as what both of you describe though.  It's just "there", like a dull pain, and I can breathe just fine.  I'll call and make my appt for Friday.  Lol, i just am going to be embarrassed if it's just gas or something, because I do get it a lot.  Guess better safe than sorry!

Hol - when my gall bladder went, I had pain through the middle of my tummy in the front and back - it wasn't on one side.  Also, the pain was so bad, I couldn't breathe - really - I could not breathe.
