WINTER EXERCISES HELP!!

I was just checking out various winter activities to find out which ones burn the most calories.  Ice Skating, Sledding, and Downhill Skiing burn lots of calories and they're more fun than "exercise" - YAY!

      Well let's see here. I have been told you can do your walking in the heated malls, (yet to try for me) I know my city has a senior citizen programs where you can exercise; from chair - exercising, to videos, to dancing classes to nature walks. You do not have to be old, to go, they have groups  that are free, and some for a small fee. If you go to your city Webb site they should have a link to your senior community center.

And or do what I do: I exercise in my chair, while watching T.V. , while in bed( using my bed like the bed in physical therapy room) I use my step down from my living room to my closet landing as one of those re bock steppers. I dance free style to music,  etc.

Be creative invent a movement.  Look into  Qi gong.( Now I like that.)  If you have sound with your computer and can get video on it also, Go to: You tube broadcasting, press video, type in:
Qi gong, or zumba(exercise dancing) or any thing you would like to see and if they have it, pick your pleasure.  ( I even type old singer names,and old songs and pesto change o, songs from the 40's to now come up to hear again.) It amazing!!
