Hey, Janina....where are you?  Hope you've hopped back on the wagon....I'm still dragging one leg!!

B:  EZ muffin with natural peanut butter and SF jelly
L:  turkey breast rolled with LF provolone cheese
      small apple
S:  Atkin's shake
      handful almonds
D:  (at my Mom's)
      sweet and sour pork over rice
      cranberry salad
      broccoli and cauliflower with cheese sauce
      1/2 piece zucchini bread with butter
      small piece razzleberry pie

I think I've reluctantly climbed back on the wagon, but I swear its a harder climb than when I first started!! Carb cravings yesterday and today have just about killed me, but I've made it! (yay!)

B: Atkins breakfast bar ( cinnamon bun bar, really good! )  (1 carb)
L: Atkins breakfast bar, still not feeling great, didn't want to cook/wasnt very hungry (1 carb)
S: Atkins endulge bar (2 carbs)
D: eggs and turkey sausage
S: Atkins endulge bar (2 carbs)
    tea w/cream & sweetener (4 carbs)

Carbs: 10

HW: 460 (12/18/14) SW: 419 (6/4/15) CW: 330 (10/19/15) Mini goal: 319 by 10/4/15

Heather...Just FYI..in my research I've found that Atkins bars are killers for weight loss for some people.  Just wanted you to be aware in case you don't lose much..I can't remember why, I just remember a lot of people complaining about it.  Maybe Janina knows.  Hopefully you won't be one of these people! :)

B:   turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, and half persimmons...

L:   string cheese, latte.

S:  popcorn with a few olive oil sprays...

D:  steak,, mushrooms and onions cooked in butter, one bread stick

S:  Very small slice of moms German chocolate birthday cake.  

Calories  were to much and too confusing to count today.

Thanks for telling me! It figures, I find something I like and It'll probably (ok, might) hurt my loss. I'm not expecting to have lossed any when I weigh in tomorrow, Thanksgiving lasted too long for me. I'll be happy if I didn't gain any. I only have a few bars left, so I'll see how it goes, see how my body reacts to them and see if I buy more or not.

If anyone else knows of/or has had poor results with Atkins bars, please let me know!!

Getting back to normal is nice!

We started the day feeding the last of our company. My son's in-laws spent the previous night. Sadly; their eating habits are quite unhealthy.

They had cinnamon rolls (they'd brought them) and scrambled eggs.

I had an Isalean chocolate shake with Isagenix greens and extra fiber and protein (41 gm protein)

Went to the church, then to the gym where I did 35 min elliptical trainer thing plus weights

Lunch was Thanksgiving leftovers! YIKES, glad that's done.

Dinner was another shake with greens and fiber

I'm going to cleanse tomorrow! Time to dismiss the effects of cooked oils and other things I'm not used to.
