Margarine on pancakes & sugar-free syrup
3/4 cup apple cider
1 cup low fat rice milk (bought it yesterday because I can't stand fat free soy milk anymore - it's so sickly sweet, because they add fructose to it)
1 cup hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
2 scrambled eggs
Lunch (at his parents house)
1 six-inch healthy Subway sandwich
Coleslaw
Diet Sprite
Some kind of birthday cake for my husband's birthday tomorrow
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes made with low fat rice milk & margarine
1/2 can New England clam chowder
25 grapes

2 chocolate-flavored graham crackers
