Going with dd to have her baby....

I thought I'd head to Juneau next week to be with my dd as she has her first baby, but looks as though I'm leaving in a few hours. NOT wanting to do this but she has a lot of swelling going on and I don;t want her alone there. Unless something happens sooner- her apt. is on Monday... due date is in 9 days.  She doesn't look good. She is very pale and swollen. Her eyes are little "squinty" eyes and she sais she can SEE here lips as she speaks... meaning- they are swollen OUT quite a ways!

Wish us luck! Baby Brylea Nicole should be here SOON and I am so anxious! I want her here and HEALTHY!!!

Happy late Turkey day to you all. I hope to eat mostly at Subway if we eat "out". McDonalds is a NO NO!!! 

Hope all goes well!! Be careful getting there..and goodluck! I am sure you are excited and ready for her to be here..sure that the mom is too hearing that she is all swollen..you know shes miserable!!

Thanks guys! We are here in Juneau sitiing at the hotel... I'm bored stiff! WAs able to get on with my dd's laptop YEAH!

No baby yet! We got here yesterday afternoon and she's having contractions but nothing to write home about! She is swollen and complaining of a headache (for a few days now) I'm just VER Yglad she is HERE! We'll see how things go on Monday after her apt! I can ONLY stay here till next weekend- after that- I am screwed if that babe is not here yet... I will HAVE to go home :(  I have to work and by then, I'm sure the parents of my daycare kiddo's will be getting a bit upset :(

Anyhow, I best get going but thought I'd pop in and update you all. No baby on the ferry anyway :) :)

Hi, any baby yet?

My DD is due Dec 28 however she's feeling like it could be any day. Today she's slept pretty much the entire day. She may have been awake for 4 hours at most.

Odd.

Hmm.

I hope both momma and baby will be safe and sound.
