    10 tater tot thingys
    10 oz OJ
S: 1/2 another Croissantwich from BK
S: 1/2 Vanilla cookie
L: 1 Ramen noodle cup of soup
S: 1 Vanilla cookie
D: Not sure yet
S: 5 Fried Bread Crouton's from bread soup
S: 3 Entenmanns cookies (the mini choco chip)
S: 1/4 cup spinach dip with 3 slices of italian bread

Yes, I know - I'm a hog.  But I'm only allowing myself 2 days to cheat so I've got a lot of cravings to fit in.  It took me some serious guts to post how much I've eaten today but I figured I should continue to do this post because I do still want to be accountable.

Guys - if I don't post again between now and tomorrow, have a GREAT Thanksgiving and I love you guys so be safe!!

Hog it up baby! You've done so beyond awesome I think two days is very much deserved!

B: 3oz of cinniman ham- 105 Calories
1/2 cottage cheese- 120 Calories

L:6 in turkey breast sub from subway- 310 Calories
Bowl of chicken noodle soup- 80 Calories

S: Handful of almond: ???
Cheese stick: 80 Calories

D: 1 C taco soup- 350 Calories
1 TBSP light sour cream: 60 Calories

S: Jello pudding cup (SF FF)- 60 Calories

TOTAL:1165 Calories...plus the almonds??

B- 2 eggs scrambled, 2 slices turkey bacon --300 calories
L- 1 morningstar chkn patty, raw veggies and some lite dressing--300 cal.
D-1 salad and 1 fish fillet --325
Snacks- 1 sm tangerine--50
                 sf jello w/ cool whip  -- 45
Total 1065

I was shopping all day.  Getting prepped for Black Friday! :)  

B:  one string cheese and persimmons

L:  Vanilla bean drink from starbucks

S:  mother's animal circus cookies (handful)

D:  Mongolian grill..veggies, chicken, and little bit of noodle, two sweet buns, two chicken sweerrs, and cheese something or another..lol not sure what it's called.

Ok, the day started off with the best intentions...until I finally started baking for tomorrow....
B: Atkins brekfast bar (1 carb)
L: double cheese burger w/mayo, lettuce, pickle, tomatoe  (5 carbs)
D: ate late after 2 1/2 hrs baking goodies....didn't feel like cooking, broke down and ordered pizza
     4 pieces of stuffed crust pepperoini lovers pizza from pizza hut (148 carbs)

carbs: 154....yikes!
Oh well. I'll get back on track first thing Friday morning!!

L:  PB and honey sandwich...don't ask me why
S:  8 slices turkey pepperoni
      handful almonds
D:  1 bratwurst
      1 c butternut squash (out of my garden, yummy)
      1/2 cup peas
S:  6 Thin Mint GS cookies


My diet has gone to hell this week....started with my birthday last weekend and just kept rolling like a train wreck.  Friday will be my new Monday....LOL
