S: Atkin's shake (1 carb)
L: Toppings off 2 slices of pizza but threw it up
S: 4 fried string beans with wasabi sauce (2 carbs)
D: 1 bag of salad w/french dressing (10 carbs)

Carbs: 13

you poor thing! (or maybe its a good thing!) your tummy sure doesn't like greasy food, huh? pizza toppings today, sausage & stuff from Mcdonalds the other day.....   That would be enough to keep me from eating it!!

I hope it is ok to use this web site even though I had a RNY.  If you read my story you will see my surgery was different and I never have felt (even in the hospital) like others.  After 2 years of trying to understand what happened I found out I had a large pouch (2 cups now) and a large stoma and a short bypass so I basically diet like before surgery.  It is depressing to look for support on the RNY site where people "fill up" with a chicken wing...

B:2 oz. chicken, wheat bread, 1/2 c pudding and 1 square dark chocolate
S:yogurt and orange
L: 2 fat free hot dogs, 1 slice fat free cheese, wheat bread, 1/2 c pudding and 1 square dark chocolate
S: yogurt and apple
D: 2 oz chicken, 1/2 c gnachi, veges, 1/2 c pudding and 1 square dark chocolate
S: small glass of Merlot and 1 oz cheese

I took my dd out to eat at Denny's tonight before shopping, and let me tell you, sitting there watching her eat pancakes with strawberries was one of the hardest moments I've had so far on this diet!! OMG I wanted to shove one (all) in my mouth!!!And last night, I actually dreamed I cheated on my diet...big time! Total carb rampage!!   I can't wait till Thursday!! I'm probably gonna eat myself sick!! but at this point, I don't care!! I've got to make pumpkin pies and pumpkin cookies tomorrow for thanksgiving dinner thurs, and I hope I'm strong enought to resist!! I really hope I can get back on track Friday after eating carbs on thurs...I have a feeling it's gonna feel like starting back at day 1...
