Started going to curves a week ago, have lost 3 pounds, Thanks to my daughter for her help! she has been going with me and she is a big help, Although she had WLS two years ago she still works on her weight, and ,Iam very proud of her.    Delilah

Great Job!! Thats terrific! And even better doing it by excersising!! I'm not sure which is harder, sticking to a diet or sticking to an exercise routine!!

Hey there Miss Delilah!

Glad your so gung ho on Curves.  I forgot all about that place.  From what I remember they always have specials every month on joining.  Hmm, might have to check into that myself.  I've been VERY antsy lately to join back into the gym but I can't afford it.  Never been to curves though.  Is all the equipment capable of holding 300 pounds do you know??  I'm always scared of that, and this place you go in circuits right??  Did you rejoin WW or what are you doing now?

Since i found out a lot of the re ason i wasnt losing as much weight as i should was ,i wasnt getting enough sleep for years i have had problems not sleeping, so i joined curves, and i been watching what i eat, in moderation more healthy stuff , you know.  I just been mosly counting calories, like i did way back when LOL!! and with doing curves it really helps. I feel that i have a lot more energy. started about  lil over a week ago and have lost 4 pounds so far, i will get measurments soon so i will let you know how well iam doing there, I went to curves years ago, but i must say it is a lot better now. And yes they had a good thing going on to get started, you should ck it out you would like it , and the good thing! its just for Women. I like that and my daughter goes to, so that helps. So ck it out go there and see before you get into it, You will be glad you did. Good Luck!  Let me know?  Delilah
