Abstinence - 227th Day
Breakfast
1 orange
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup fat free soy milk*
1 cup coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
4 small meatballs
1/2 cup pasta with tomato sauce
1/3 cup lima beans
1/3 cup cooked pear cubes
2 cups water
Dinner
2 thighs "Blackberry" Chicken
1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1 package raw blueberries
1/2 can vegetable soup; 2 cups fat free soy milk*
*I read the label on the fat free soy milk, and darned if they don't add fructose to it! I hate the sicky sweet taste, and this weekend, I'm going to try rice milk instead. I like the fully fatted soy milk, but it has too many calories for my liking.
