Only lost about 2 pounds but

I am really GLAD I lost THAT! I have been being VERY careful but last night I DID get the munchies and ate a WHOLE hamburger! (home cooked/broiled. Also it is very close to TOM so, hey... at least I LOST :) :)  So I am on the right track anyhow :)

ONLY two pounds?  Woman, there were days that I would have eaten sand to lose two whole pounds!

If you pick up two pounds of SOMETHING - flour, pasta, whatever - you'll see it's significant.

I am back to wearing my ONLY 2# arm weights when I walk - they feel like not much at first, but after about a half hour, i am VERY conscious of them.

When my GS were 15-30# and i would wear them in their back pack, wow...don't think our bodies don't react to losing ONLY that much weight! Every time you bend down, turn a certain direction,
