S: Atkin's shake (1 carb)
L: Meatballs w/sauce (12 carbs)
D: Chicken thigh and leg
    String beans (1/2 cup) (4 carbs)

Carbs: 17


I weighed in this morning and only lost .6.  Waaaah!!! 
But... I did have an indulgent weekend so I guess I deserve it.  I intend on watching what I eat for the next few days then splurging like a maniac on Thanksgiving.  I need a break from this diet BIG time.  I'll be right back on the wagon on Friday, the 28th.

I had a reminder this weekend on how precious our lives are.  I've always been scared I'll die before my kids are grown.  This weekend I took my 17 year old to the ER.  Her vitals were very low when we got there, and had to be hooked up to IV for four hours.  Although it's very common for this to happen after surgery, it's still an eye opener that these kids need me.  My husband tries, but he had no idea she needed to go in.

B:  3 turkey bacon, egg beaters, and green juice....325 cal

L:  artichoke tapenade, celery, tbsp. almond butter, and kefir...315 cal

S:  persimmons....100 cal

D:  serving tortellini with spaghetti sauce and shredded cabbage, side of spinach w/slivered almonds, ...450 cal

S: latte....90 cal

TOTAL:   1280 Calories

I dont know if anyone can participate in these? If I am not allowed just kick me out!

B-  1/2 cup Oatmeal w/ brown sugar, fat free milk- 295 cal.
S- (sugar free 60 cal) Pudding- 60 cal.
L- grilled chicken salad, fat free dressing,shredded cheese, w/lowfat yogart- 310 cal.
s- apple (cal. ????)
D- lean cuisine dinner, w/ green veggie- 320 cal.

Total: 985 calories (?)

Of course you're allowed!!  The more the better!!

We get ideas of how we can mix up our own menu's from reading other peoples daily eats.  It's helpful when we all participate.  Plus, it helps to keep yourself accountable.

Thanks. This is a great idea, I think making myself accountable is part of my problem. So, this is not a bad thing!

I have a question. How do you get your ticker on the bottom of your messages all of the time? I have made one but I dont know how to get it on my messages.

In the left hand column of the page, there's the "User Settings" thing.  You have to copy and paste the PICTURE of the ticker into the signature.  Don't copy and paste the address link; that will do nothing.

Congrats on the weight loss, Janina....every ounce counts!!  I think your plan for the holiday is a good one...no guilt involved and right back on the wagon.  I keep trying to get back on that darn wagon but can't seem to get both legs up at the same time!!

B:  1 egg, 2 white omelet with LF cheese
      EZ muffin
L:  2 very small pieces leftover pizza
      grapes
S:  turkey breast
      1 more small piece pizza
D:  leftover casserole (turkey kielbasa, mushrooms, sauerkraut, WW rotini)
      leftover roasted brussel sprouts
S:  last piece of my leftover birthday cake (carrot cake my daughter made)

Yay, it's Janina Monday!  Now don't go crying over .6 pounds...it's a loss ain't it?  Does powdered creamer mean anything to ya???
