I weighed in this morning and only lost .6. Waaaah!!!
But... I did have an indulgent weekend so I guess I deserve it. I intend on watching what I eat for the next few days then splurging like a maniac on Thanksgiving. I need a break from this diet BIG time. I'll be right back on the wagon on Friday, the 28th.
I had a reminder this weekend on how precious our lives are. I've always been scared I'll die before my kids are grown. This weekend I took my 17 year old to the ER. Her vitals were very low when we got there, and had to be hooked up to IV for four hours. Although it's very common for this to happen after surgery, it's still an eye opener that these kids need me. My husband tries, but he had no idea she needed to go in.
