What did you eat today? 11/22 & 11/23 - Weekend Edition

I prefer to name the fraken cow Powder Puff. :)  I'm a powder puff girl also and am interested  to know if you think this just because of her on Atkins, or in general?  I haven't done much research on creamers....lol as I put more in my coffee. :)

Not using powdered creamer is strictly an Atkins issue.  The purpose of Atkins is to keep your insulin levels from fluctuating and powdered creamer is full of sugar.  So even though it is low in carbs, it is high in hidden sugar whether it says it or not.  No point my girl Neen suffering through this diet all week and only having a small weight loss cuz of fake cream, yanno?  Especially when she can have REAL cream!

Janina, don't be so hard on yourself!! I think you did great! You kept your carbs under 20 after all!   I'm sure you'll do fine w/your weigh-in tomorrow!!

Carbs: 13
