L: double cheeseburger, no bun w/ mayo, lettuce, tomatoe, pickles (5 carbs)
D: egg, cheese, bacon wrap (4 carbs)
S: tea w/cream & sweeteners (4 carbs)
carbs: 13

If given the choice between milk and powder creamer, the lactose in the milk is the only sugar. In the creamer you have sugars like maltose, dextrose, corn syrup solids, and then there's the starch, which your body metabolizes just like sugar. Anything natural is betta than that crap, so go with the milk. Powder creamer comes from FrankenCows!
