 all day
M2:  1 cup black bean tortilla soup
M3:  1 bite of RoseBud's cheeseburger

B:  2 egg omelet (Egg Beaters still frozen)
      2 slices turkey bacon
      EZ English muffin with SF jelly
S:  LF swiss cheese (1 slice)
L:  3 slices LF swiss
      3 oz. turkey breast
      apple
D:  (out to dinner)
      fish fry with 2 tartar sauces
      cole slaw
      steak fries with ketchup (only ate half of them)
      2 small slices Italian bread with butter
S:  apple pie with ice cream

I'm discouraged cause I'm eating off plan....not horribly but still feeling guilty about it.  Birthday this weekend (Monday) and celebrating Saturday and Sunday with friends and family.  Gonna try to just have small portions of everything and try not to feel guilty about it.
