1 cup 10-Grain Cereal
1 cup fat free soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
7 very tiny shrimp, not breaded
6-7 very thin slices of healthy ham lunch meat
1/2 cup brown rice
1/3 cup peach slices
1/3 cup mixed vegetables
2 cups water
1 large cup Burger King's Ice Coffee
Dinner
2 thighs "Blackberry" Chicken (originally Apricot Chicken, but my husband hates apricots)
1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1/2 can vegetable soup
1 cup fresh strawberries, cut up
2 cups fat free soy milk
