M1: 11 pieces of white cheddar popcorn - I just grab a handful and yesterday a handful was 10 pieces, today a handful was 11 pieces.
M2: 1/2 whole wheat pita w/grilled chicken and onions; 3 french fries w/ketchup; 1/2 cookie from a cookie bouquet
M3: the other 1/2 whole wheat pita w/grilled chicken and onions; the other 1/2 of the cookie

EZ muffin with SF jelly
L: Progresso WW soup
string cheese
S: handful almonds
D; casserole with turkey Kielbasa, sauerkraut, mushrooms, WW rotini
roasted brussel sprouts with diced apple, turkey bacon
S: apple pie with LF ice cream
Not a good day!!

WATER WATER WATER
L: well.... I spent the day in the hospital with DD who is 8 months pregnant and baby thought it might be good to start early. (They got labor stopped) At 3pm I asked for a glass of ice water, tore open a shake packet (I always keep 2 in my purse) and shook it up in my handy mixer bottle right there. Saved. Lunch in 10 seconds or less.
D: leftover turkey and lentil soup with a slice of intense whole-grain bread, and a wonderful little salad.
S: DD friends who were worried brought over some frozen yogurt, and hubby and I split a small vanilla with frozen strawberries! YUMMMMMY
PS: Daughter is "ok", and limited to part-time work and lots of bed rest. I have her daytime bed all made up for her with her little personal ice chest with chunked cheese, yogur****er... also in her bedside basket are two IsaLean bars (the dark chocolate ones of course) and two 'Slim Cakes' which are high fiber oatmeal cookies (Isagenix) that promote healthy poop.

i need to kick my ass and get into gear an make some big changes
